I submitted one of my photos from an exit in a contest for Brides magazine that featured WPJA photographer entries. The picture below placed seventh out of hundreds of entries by very respected and talented wedding photographers in the Send-Off/Departure category.

Judges’ Comments: You can almost feel the “splat” in this fantastically tactile photo. This is perfect timing on this humorous send-off.

The picture came from Megghan and Chris’ wedding in 2006 and was previously featured on this blog in a post entitled “A Dangerous Exit”
