When I photographed Lauren and Mike’s engagement session I had a feeling that their wedding was going to be beautiful. They are a great couple who are so obviously in love.
That being said, I was absolutely blown away by the spectacular setting they chose for their outdoor ceremony. Dan Hathcock designed a stunning scene on the lawn of the Hammock Beach Resort and followed up with an amazing reception inside the resort’s ballroom.

Lauren and Carl were married in ceremony on the lawn outside the Lodge at Hammock Beach Resort. Carl is a tough guy but it was so sweet to see his reaction to Lauren coming down the aisle and periodically throughout the evening.
A wonderful highlight of the reception was the speech from Lauren’s dad, where he pulled out a list and read out funny things that Lauren had said during her childhood.
